Raj's Khaman

खमण
Sam Pramanat Chana dal, udid dal, rice- mhanje  1 Wati Chana dal, 1 Wati udid dal, 1 Wati rice
Soak overnight (8 hours)
Dusrya divshi grind kar ... Far gulgulit nako ...
Let it ferment like we do for idli....(8hours)
Next morning add, salt , aala- hirvi mirchi paste( far tikhat nako) ....mix well
Separately , mix 1/2 Wati Dahi, 2 spoon oil Ani 1 tsp baking soda ... Changla Fetoon ghe...chhan fluffy Hota
Then add that mixture to dhokla batter ... Idli sarakh steam kar
Masta fodni ghaal rai teel vagaire ghaloon .... Kothimbeer Ani Khobra ghaal. Ani fodni thodya mothya bhandyat kar ... Tee zali ready Ki gas totally band karoon tyat 3 spoon pani ghaal .... Tondavar udayla deu Naka please!!! Ani mag hey fodni Che tel pani khaman varTak ...
Hey khaman jara gubgubit hava idli sarkha ... Tyapramant batter ghaala oil lavlelya cooker chya bhandyat .... Halad yay ghalat nahit Mhanoon chhan fikkat yellow dalicha rang yeto ...


Oh one more thing - tey khaman ural tar tyacha hatane Bhuga karoon Barik kaplelya lasnachi fodni karoon pantacha Habka maroon upma banva ...sakhar Ani limboo ghala... Masta mokla zala Ki varoon Khobra , kothimbeer Ani bhel shev Ani dalimb Dane ghaloon serve Kara .... Hi zali sev khamni or Amiri Khaman😀
