Tejabhai's Paneer BBQ
Ingredients
Paneer( We used Chitale Paneer)
Capsicum
Onions
2 tbsp. Dahi ( Chitale 😀)
1 tbsp. Besan
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Dhana jeera powder
2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp. Kashmiri lal mirchi powder
A pinch of Halad
Salt - As per taste
Limbu
2 tbsp. Mustard oil
Instructions -
1. Take 2 tbsp. dahi in a big kasai. Add all spices, ginger garlic paste, salt and besan. Mix
2. Heat oil and add to the above mixture.
3. Squeeze lemon and add to above mixture.
4. Add paneer pieces and mix well.
5. Keep marinated paneer pieces in a different bowl. and cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
6. Add capsicum and onions in the remaining masala paste.
7. Thread paneer, capsicum and onions into the skewers
8. Grill
9. Serve with green chutney
