1kg chicken
2tablespoon garlic
2tablespoon ginger
Salt
1cup dahi pani kadhoon
1teaspoon haldi
1teaspoon tikhat
1teaspoon garam masala
2tablespoon chicken tandoori masala
1 lemon pilun
Colour tandoori
Mix everything .keep it outside for 1 1/2 hour.
Then you can keep it in the freezer.
Then shallow fry.
Then apply butter on each piece and with tong just move on high gas flame. Slightly you will get the tandoori taste.
