Swav's Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
Buck Wheat Pasta from the store

For Chicken
Pieces of boneless chicken - bowlful of them

Gravy - Masala Vatan
Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, 1 medium Onion, 7-8 garlic cloves, an inch of ginger, red chilly or it's powder, soaked tamrind (small spoon size ball of tamrind soaked in water for 10 mins)

Grind this nicely.

Mix it with chicken , let this marinate for some time.

Then cook pasta, drain and keep aside.

Cook chicken and spices mix, add some water to make a thick sauce.

Once that is almost done , Add cooked  Pasta. Let this cook on a low flame for few minutes.

Cheese, butter, olive oil or any other fat can be added any time as per your choice and liking.


I had some left over chicken ready, to which I added uncooked buck wheat pasta yesterday and  kept in the fridge.

This morning just took that pot out of the fridge and added little hot water, add cooked it for few minutes.
Interestingly the pasta soaked the chicken gravy overnight in the fridge.

I tasted it before leaving home. It is really yummy.
