Su's Chakwat Patal Bhaji

Chakvat chi patal bhaji

Ingredients - chakvat 1 judi , green chilli , butter milk , red dried chilli , curry leaves , hing , turmeric powder , besan, mohori , oil & salt

Chakvat chi pane dhuvun chirun ghyavi.

Telavar green chilli phodani la ghalaun chakvat ghalayacha. Partun jhakan thevayache . Vafevar shijvun ghyayachi.

Jasta asel tar shijavalela ardha chakvat gar karun deep fridge madhe thevun dya.

1table sp besan ghevun thodya taka madhe mix karun ghene.

Nantar uralele tak ghalane. Shijavalela chakvat add karane.

Thode chamchya ne ghotun ghene.

Phodani - tela madhe mohori , hing , halad ,curry leaves & dried red chilli ghala.

Ti phodani takavar ghalun bhaji changali ukalu dya.

Salt add kara. Tak thode aambat asel tar chan lagate.

Ardhya judi sathi 1table sp besan .

Purna judi vaprnar asel tar double karane.
