Raj's Bhappa Doi

Bhappa Doi

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup yogurt

Mix with electric hand mixer or Ravi so it's mixed well

Add Keshar , velche pood and jaiphal pood

Mix

Pour in individual containers and
- put in pressure cooker and steam like you do for idli
Or
- preheat oven 350f. Take a baking tray . Add water to baking tray . Then place individual containers in that water in the tray and bake for 30 minutes

Use any method to steam and after that cover and chill in fridge ....
