1 cup fine rava
Small ginger, grated
2 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp cashew pieces
Ghee
Coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup sour curds
Salt and water as needed

- heat ghee , fry cashew nuts till golden brown
- roast Rava and keep aside
- heat more ghee, add rai, hing, jira, curry leaves, chilies and ginger for tadka
- add roasted rava and fry on low flame
- let it cool down ... add chopped coriander leaves, cashews ,salt, yogurt+ water mixture to make idli batter consistency
- just before steaming add a pinch of eno or baking soda
- steam like idli
- serve with coconut chutney
